All You Need: DNA Electrophoresis, Thermal Cycler, Micropipettes: 5-50 µl, UV or Blue Light Transilluminator, (2) Water Baths (if performing experiment with a Thermal Cycler), White Light Box (optional), Microcentrifuge & Microwave or Hot plate.
